Driving Lesson Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for DRIVING LESSONS is less than 24 hours notice before the booking will forfeit the full booking fee. Anything with more than 24 hours notice has no cancellation fee and the booking fee with be credited to your account. Please note: A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. Any amount not subject to the cancellation fee, is credited towards your account balance at Fifth Gear Motoring.
Please note: To cancel or reschedule, use your online account, which is accessible 24/7 via the website linked to your account. Cancellations via phone, email, SMS, or voicemail are only processed on the next business day. If this falls within 24 hours of your lesson, you will forfeit the session. To avoid forfeiting your lesson, always cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance through your online account. You may reschedule cancelled lessons as often as necessary, provided the 24-hour notice period is met.
Course Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for COURSES is less than 5 days notice before the booking will forfeit 50% of the booking fee, less than 72 hours notice before the booking will forfeit the full booking fee. Anything with more than 5 days notice has no cancellation fee and the booking fee with be credited to your account. Please note: A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. Any amount not subject to the cancellation fee, is credited towards your account balance at Fifth Gear Motoring.
Refund Policy
To be refunded you need to email the office on [email protected] and request a refund. Please include the students full name and date of lesson that would like to be refunded. Please note, refund are sent back to the card that purchased the lesson, we cannot send a refund back to a different card. If we require more information we will contact you.
